Netdigix Systems is recognized as an industry leader in IT Managed Services, Cloud Hosting and IT Project Consulting in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. With an ever-growing clientele we are looking for a part-time Technical Assistant to join our team.

The Role:

As a part-time Technical Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for handling the day to day administrative needs of the company, creating incident and problem support tickets, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Your success will be achieved by:

  • Being the first point of contact on customer and technical service incidents
  • Creating Incident and Problem Support tickets
  • Interacting directly with our clients, vendors and technical teams ensuring client satisfaction
  • Handling laptop and workstations installs as directed by the technical team
  • Maintaining an email queue in a ticket management system
  • Handling Agreement audits and Procurement tracking
  • Creating quotes on sales orders to track products and labour, following up with clients on quotes
  • Managing additional activities as assigned

  • Comfortable with technology especially Microsoft Windows environment
  • Strong communications skills to include written/oral English
  • Good understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Effective coordination, follow-up and time management skills
  • Ability to be adaptable, flexible, multi-task and perform routine based tasks
  • A positive personality and attitude, and an eagerness to learn and improve
  • High school diploma
  • Part-time: Flexible hours (8-20 Hours/week) (3-5 Days) within business hours Monday-Friday (9:00am – 5:00 pm) 
  • Hourly wage $15.00
