1) Your drive is making a clicking noise and is no longer readable or only boots half way to the windows screen or not at all..

Although our service has a great track record, data recovery services are not guaranteed. Most companies will charge you hundreds or thousands of dollars to recover your important data but Netdigix will charge only our standard hourly rates. At this time we cannot repair or retrieve data from totally failed drives, meaning if the drive does not spin up or is not detected by the system bios then we cannot attempt to retrieve data from it. We are in the process of acquiring the proper equipment in order to do this type of recovery which requires a clean room and removing the platters from your failed hard drive.

Note: there is a minimum 200$ charge for any data recovery attempt, standard time for recovery is 4-7 business days! A second hard drive may be required for data transfer.

130GB and under drives: (no Raid 0 or 5 supported)
200-800$ – SATA or IDE
500-1250$ – SCSI drives

131GB and bigger drives: (no Raid 0 or 5 supported)
450-1000$ – SATA or IDE
600-1500$ – SCSI drives

Rush jobs (2 to 4 business days): x 50% of total price
Super Rush jobs (1 to 2 business days): x 100% of total price
Burn to DVD (approx 4GB per DVD): 50$ per DVD
