Black List, blacklisted, black holed
Banned from accessing a host or network host or network. A blacklist is most often used by internet providers to deny access
to other hosts that may be malicious such as spammers and hackers can be referred to as being black listed or on a
black list, this would prevent the spammer from sending email to the destination.
